Your data stays yours. All Reddit data capture happens only in your browser. The free tier stores everything locally on your machine. Pro syncs that data to your private dashboard. We don't sell data, and we don't run third-party ad or analytics trackers; the only thing we collect is anonymous, aggregate usage counts (which features get used), which you can switch off. You can delete everything with one click.
Free tier: your tracked posts never touch our servers (only the anonymous usage counts described under “Anonymous usage stats” below do, and only while they're enabled). Your tracked post IDs, titles, subreddits, metric history, and content library live in your browser's extension storage only. To know whose posts to track, the extension reads your Reddit username from your logged-in session and caches it locally in the browser; it is never transmitted to us.
Pro: we sync the data behind your private dashboard, all tied to your license key and drawn from your own Reddit account: for each tracked post, its Reddit post ID, title, subreddit, and posting time, plus time-stamped metrics (score, upvote ratio, comment count, and views); your follower-count history; per-subreddit performance totals; your content library (the links you have posted, their thumbnails and tags, and public RedGifs play counts); a record of which content you posted where and when; and, where Reddit shows you author-only insights, the view totals and the country breakdown of your post audience. We do not store your Reddit username alongside any of it.
Billing: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status; Stripe holds your payment details under their privacy policy. We never see your card number.
Pro data is stored on Cloudflare's edge infrastructure (D1/Workers, EU/US). Site traffic statistics come from Cloudflare's privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics.
To learn which features people actually use, the extension sends anonymous, aggregate counts of in-app actions, for example “a post was tracked,” “the library was opened,” or “a Get Pro link was clicked.” Each event carries only the action name, a free/Pro bucket, and the extension version. It never includes your Reddit username, the post you tracked, its link or subreddit, your license key, an account, or any device identifier, so an event cannot be tied back to you or to a specific post. This is first-party only (no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs), and it is on by default. You can turn it off anytime under “Anonymous usage stats” in the extension's popup.
Two, both first-party and functional: a session cookie for dashboard login, and, only if you arrive through a referral link, a 30-day cookie remembering the referral code. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
